LEAD Team

The LEAD team serves as ambassadors for Student Leadership providing programs and opportunities to enhance student leadership development, foster civic responsibility, and promote shared responsibility within a healthy community. At The University of Alabama, we believe that leadership engages leaders and participants, valuing all contributions, as well as sharing authority and responsibility. Leadership is not only about an office that you may hold, but about vision and your ability to relate to people. Every person can benefit by cultivating these types of leadership competencies. Our commitment is to develop leaders who are ethical, purposeful, and inclusive.

* Serving as team peer mentors to Freshman Forum
* Delivering leadership presentations to University groups
* Participating in Special Events within the Office of Leadership Development
